I am excited to open up space for a small number of speaking engagements and conversations with organizations who are thinking deeply about leadership, impact and how the work actually get’s done. My work is on helping you identify your core model of impact, and getting better at talking about it with clarity across a variety of platforms with language that engages and with a focus that drives partnerships and growth.

Lead with How is a framework, a way of thinking, I’ve developed for anyone who wants to lead and live with more clarity, joy and authenticity. It’s a framework that is both encouraging and empowering because it starts with you, today, as you are. You don’t need to reinvent yourself to lead with impact. You just need to understand the powerful things you’re already doing and learn how to name them, align around them, and share them with confidence.
