My work is on helping you identify your core model of impact, and getting better at talking about it with clarity across a variety of platforms with language that engages and with a focus that drives partnerships and growth.

Lead with How is a framework, a way of thinking, I’ve developed for anyone who wants to lead and live with more clarity, joy and authenticity. It’s a framework that is both encouraging and empowering because it starts with you, today, as you are. You don’t need to reinvent yourself to lead with impact.
