If i had to go to a desert island… and had to work there… and could only bring five pairs of shoes… THESE ARE THE SHOES.
In this wildly specific scenario, I would bring these shoes. I own them, I love them, and I check these brands alllll the time every season.
- Stuart Weitzman: Power Pump 85 – great colors, you can go lower and do the power block 75 or higher and do the 100. These are $495 but go on sale a lot (the lime green are 60% off right now) and you can always find a pair or two on The Real Real (I snagged a goregrous 75 for $42 last month!)
- French Sole: the Charlotte flat. all of their shoes are gorgerous and range from $75-$235. Fun colors and combos. I always love wandering into their store on Lexington, such a vibrant brand and always running lots of sales.
- A. Solani: the como aka the GOAT. these are the best flats, literally perfect. No notes. Amazing colors. The Como is $258, they do have sales on occasion. Made in Italy. The search is over my friends.
- Marc Fisher: Zala Block Heel: I have these in so many colors. I get compliments all the time. When I have a long day and I’m on my feet a lot the block heel saves me. $165 and lots of sales.
- Franco Sarto: Darcy pump – so good, classic. Lots of colors. they range from $34-$120.
